Retarded Children's Dashun Bakery is equipped with safer nonskid floors.
The latest technology of nonskid treatment was provided free of charge by Sindiatai Skid-Proof Technology Company from Hualien. They applied nano-grade compound on the floor to increase its adhesive effect, thereby preventing skids, and providing better safety for their working staff of retarded children.

Vocational safety has always been the controversial issue. Safety at work sites of retarded children has always been emphasized at the Bakery.
Lai Hung-Cheng, the chairman of the nonskid company, has a Samaritan heart, hoping to contribute his share to the disabled group, providing a safer working environment to physically and mentally disabled employees.
